All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We ship orders from our warehouse in Farmers Branch, Texas, mostly via UPS. We offer a variety of shipping services and rates offered based on the items in your cart. Occasionally, logistics issues among carriers may cause shipping delays that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer domestic shipping rates to the United States "lower 48" (including Washington D.C. and excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Free Shipping: We usually offer free standard shipping on orders over an advertised minimum value (e.g. $100). Free shipping is often fulfilled via UPS Ground or similar shipping services that will estimate delivery of your package in 5 days or less.
Calculated shipping rates: Other shipping rates and corresponding charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can choose which of these rates is best for you.
We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are an international customer, please reach out to us via chat or our support form and we will try to facilitate a special order for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition and has its original packaging. You can reference our full return policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
